Not good; If you could not rotate my tires, because of the non GM reams, I should have been told this before you did anything to my truck. This is the second time I have come in for multiple serves and all they did was change my oil and then told me they could not do the other things I came in for. If you are unable to do all services, what ever reason, then I should be told so. Then I can make decision as to whether I want you to do anything to my truck. I would rather get everything done at the same place.
