Trucks used to be purely serviceable, but they've now become daily drivers for many people. Since the only thing that used to make a car impractical was the lack of a backseat that has changed. Truck manufacturers have struggled to keep options open by designing a variety of cab configurations. Now there are two options crew cab and double cab.
